After 20 years selling products in FMCG, Mike knows how every dollar counts and how much passion goes into getting a product to shelf. He started Integrity because he couldn't find representation that shared his values. He wanted people who'd treat his brands with the same care he did and actually do what they said they'd do. When he's not building the business, he's chasing his two young kids around or watching the rugby. The best part of his job? Watching small Kiwi brands land their first supermarket listing.


Natasha Peyman
Chief Operating Officer
Natasha is the "strategy-to-shelf" engine at Integrity, bringing 25+ years of FMCG experience to process optimisation and turning complex business visions into real retail success. She thrives on the thrill of helping suppliers navigate operational complexities, ensuring every brand she touches has the support needed to evolve from a new launch into a category mainstay. Outside the office, she trades logistics for the outdoors—usually found tending to her beehives or enjoying quality time with her family and dogs.


Jane Jarrold
Territory Manager - Wellington, Kapiti, Palmerston North, Waipukurau and Taranaki
Jane tackles hill tracks and grandkid duties with the same unstoppable energy, and neither stands a chance. She brings that drive to every store call, always going the extra mile. Sometimes literally. She's been known to deliver a wrong order herself to make sure brands, retailers and shoppers all come out winning.


Chris Marlowe
Territory Manager - Bay of Plenty, Taupo and Hawkes Bay
With nearly four decades in FMCG, from Auckland to Sydney to the Bay of Plenty, Chris has done it all but still lights up when a supplier lands new distribution. Off the clock you'll find him on the golf course, refereeing football, or losing a quiz night while his cat Zebbie judges from the couch. He once hired a trailer and drove two pallets from Rotorua to Tauranga on a Friday night so a supplier could capitalise on long-weekend sales. That's just how he's wired.


Pam Crake
Waikato Territory Manager
Based in Raglan, Pam spends her days off fishing and clay target shooting, and she brings that same relentless tracking energy to her territory. Whether she's working through thick scrub or working a store call list, she doesn't stop until the job's done. She reckons the best thing about the job is helping brands tell their story in store, and her no-nonsense approach means products don't just get listed, they get looked after.


Nathan Conrad
Auckland Territory Manager - South/East and Warkworth North
With nearly 30 years in FMCG, Nathan can't walk a supermarket aisle without straightening shelves. His family have learned not to say 'quick shop'. A die-hard Warriors and Queensland Maroons fan, he spends his days off on DIY projects, tech tinkering and walks with the family and Paddy the dog. What drives him is helping smaller brands punch above their weight. There's nothing better than turning a great product into a household name without a billion-dollar budget behind it.


Zania Riley
Sales Representative - Auckland West/Central and North Shore
Since joining the FMCG world in 2018, Zania has built a reputation for being a hands-on problem solver who isn't afraid to personally deliver misdirected stock across Auckland to ensure her suppliers stay on shelf. She thrives on the collaborative nature of driving sales and managing store relays, believing that a win for the supplier is a win for the whole team. After a busy week of "striking the balance" for her brands, Zania loves to unwind as a local homebody, exploring coastal walks and local beaches with her four children: Dante, Jana, Amaia, and Roman.
